But for some reason I’m not seeing them on the Blog.
#29 is Earl H from San diego and has been up for a week or so.#30 is an interesting personal recording from 1987. Bob S. from Santa Monica took a small recorded and did his own take on getting through the 12 steps. Worth a listen.
The podcast page is here.

Well, let’s say that since I’m shifting concentration to the Virtual Speaker Meeting, I going to set up the blog to reflect the idea.

I am not abandoning the Anonymous Review, I am just looking at a more complex production. For example, instead of having a single speaker on the history of the big book, draw from several speakers addressing the same point. The very first Anonymous Review had Bill, Henrietta Seiberling and Dr. Bob discussing the first meeting on Mother’s Day, 1935.

I think some very good programs could be produced on a bunch of topics, but this new process will require a LOT more time.

So, VSM will have the focus, but Anoymous Review is not gone. And some feedback might encourage me to produce more - there has been a total of 1 comment, 2 emails and $0 on the donation button.

A tumbleweed blows across the deserted street.

Just making it official. There are lots of things to be done and not enough hours in the day to do it. After 2 years, I’ve decided to only do ONE podcast, and that is Virtual Speaker Meeting. And we are up to #24 with that, Serenity Sam.
Also, there is a Twitter feed to keep up to date; anonymousreview at Twitter, but drop me a line to tell me you want to sign up (I’m getting a lot of spam requests to follow and … huh uh).

After MUCH frustration, PodBean finally got an RSS feed for the Virtual Speaker Meeting up and running. You are invited to visit or add this link to your iTunes or Juice podcast aggregator…
Or you can visit the web page to hear the podcasts. It works. Whoopee.

I just started a new Twitter account - anonymousreview - to carry news on Anonymous Review. I will still post to the blog, but Twitter will carry the short and snappy word. Restriction to 140 characters may improve my communication. There is some serious reconsideration about the podcasts and Volume 3 may reformat the whole shebang. What is a shebang, anyway?”

Let’s see. I was in the ER, had EKG, xray, bloodwork and echo-cardiograms, and I fell down four times in five weeks. The lst time I feel with full weight on my right wrist, so typing is not a lot of fun. But it is getting better.
Two new podcasts have made it to the Podcast and two more are in production. New Virtual Speaker Meeting.
Trudge trudge trudge. Getting more done.

While I still want to feature the voices of the original people in AA history, I also want to carry series of speakers from workshops and events.
And the first multi-part podcast for Anonymous Review will be Jay S. and his presentation of “How AA Really Started” with detailed information on the Oxford Groups and their founder, Frank Buchman. The series will be listed as three separate podcasts, for size consideration, but it will v2#8, v2#9 and v2#10.
And I have three individual personalities to follow those.
But for now - three hours on the history of the Oxford Groups by Jay S. :o)

The next Anonymous Review Podcast, Volume 2 Number 7 (Show #13) is up. And the first of the Virtual Speaker Meeting podcasts are up. We can’t really afford to make them a permanent archive, but will keep a couple of th emost recent shows availabe. But when they’re gone, they’re gone.

We’re back with the first of two holiday shows.
This one is the Christmas Day 1948 recording of AA pioneer Archie Trowbridge, speaking in Detroit.
We close out with Fay McKay’s classic comedy song, “The Daze of Christmas.” Just for giggles.
Have whatever happy holiday is appropriate to your beliefs, and have a sober day.

I’m not changing the look, but the structure within that design is being refined.
I added links to our primary resources on the left side bar, and buttons (chicklets) to download iTunes and Juice (a really nice, free, cross platform RSS reader), with other links to Yahoo Podcasts, Google Podcasts, our hosting site (Switchpod), the Google podcast agent (FeedBurner), and our website hosting service (1and1). Clever people might find the link for a PayPal donataion (which has resulted in exactly $0 since the podcast began).
